The Wilderness Fitness Program is designed to coach you how to move, teach you how to structure your workouts, and manage lifestyle factors to optimize your hunting performance.
Over the course of 16 weeks in the program, you should see improvements in your fitness. The best part is, your investment dividend comes after you’ve graduated.
You will be able to independently manage your own health and fitness for the rest of your life.
The Women’s Health Program is designed to coach you through pelvic floor strengthening tips, and/or reduce tension in your pelvic floor to manage your symptoms.
Throughout the 8 weeks, you should see improvements in your bladder control and other symptoms you’re experiencing.
The goal of this program is to teach you how to facilitate continued progressions once you’ve graduated the program.
Prior clients have reached out 4-6 months after their program completion with news of continued achievements with their fitness and daily life goals.
